Why am I submitting a Time sheet if I am a contractor?
What happens if i submit a timesheet for hours that can not be verified?
Submitting a timesheet is a crucial part of being a contractor. Not only does it ensure that you receive the proper pay for your hard work, but it also serves as a form of electronic signature, certifying that the work or service was completed. At SME & Associates, Inc., we value the time and effort that our contractors put into their projects, which is why we have implemented a top-of-the-line time tracking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
SME & Associates, Inc. is committed to running our business with integrity and transparency. As such, we require that all submitted hours be verified through an electronic time sheet system to prevent any fraudulent activity. We will not tolerate any unverified hours and any false claims will result in legal action against the contractor for breach of contract. We strive to maintain a trusting and respectful working relationship with all of our contractors and believe in paying fairly for all hours worked. Trust us to provide you with timely and accurate payments while upholding high ethical standards.
What if I am missing Pay for hours I have worked?
Missing hours on a contractor's timesheet can cause unnecessary stress and financial burden. In order to prevent this, we encourage all contractors to report any missing hours to our payroll team within 72 hours of the missing time. Failure to report missing hours before we process payroll can result in a contractor being subjected to an audit and verification process. We believe that transparency and clear communication are key to ensuring a successful partnership with our contractors.
